Academic Success
Many students wait until it is too late in the semester to get the academic support they need. Writing well organized and logical papers in English, knowing how to prepare for exams, principles of good note-taking, class participation, and developing relationships with your professors can be quite overwhelming for international students studying in an American university. If you feel that you need support in any of these areas, please take advantage early in the semester of the resources below. You can also make an appointment with Kyoung Mi Choi at kmchoi01@syr.edu or Dr. Elane Granger at elcarras@syr.edu to get you started.
