To receive your transfer I-20 or DS-2019:

1. Receive an admission letter from SU or SUNY-ESF



2. Fill out the SU or ESF Transfer-in form SECTION A (Form can be found at http://international.syr.edu/transfer_to_su.htm)



3. Ask your current international student advisor to fill out SECTION B of the Transfer-in form with SEVIS release date



4. Fax or mail it to the Slutzker Center. Please put "Attn. Rika McKenna" on your fax or envelope.



5. After the Transfer form with release date is received: Syracuse University or SUNY-ESF will issue a new I-20/DS-2019 indicating Transfer Pending. I-20 will be sent to the address that applicants provided.
