Transfering to Syracuse University or the SUNY-College of Environmental Science and Forestry

To receive your transfer I-20 or DS-2019:

1. Fill out the Transfer form SECTION A,
2. Ask your current international student advisor to fill out SECTION B with SEVIS release date
3. Fax or mail it to the Slutzker Center. Please put "Attn. Rika McKenna" on your fax or envelope.

After the Transfer form with release date is received: Syracuse University or SUNY-ESF will issue a new I-20/DS-2019 indicating Transfer Pending. It will be sent to the address that you provide to us.
