Transferring to SU or SUNY-ESF

Transfering to Syracuse University or the SUNY-College of Environmental Science and Forestry

To receive your transfer I-20 or DS-2019:

    1. Receive an admission letter from SU or SUNY-ESF
    2. Fill out the SU Transfer Form or ESF Transfer Form SECTION A
    3. Ask your current international student advisor to fill out SECTION B with SEVIS release date
    4. Fax or mail it to the Slutzker Center. Please put "Attn. Tina Turnbull " on your fax or envelope.

After the Transfer form with release date is received: Syracuse University or SUNY-ESF will issue a new I-20/DS-2019 indicating Transfer Pending. It will be sent to the address that you provide to us.
